I do not bill any insurance or Medicare due to the practice model that I am following. This enables my practice to remain small and provide more personal service. I provide all the necessary billing information so that you may bill your insurance carrier. In many cases, you will be reimbursed for up 75% of the office visit charges. Please check with your insurance carrier for their policies on reimbursements for
"out of network providers".
- Your laboratory testing is, in most cases, covered by medicare and insurance. Please check with your carrier for their policies regarding out of network providers ordering blood tests.
- At this time, I do not have any support staff, and therefore, I personally attend to all matters pertaining to the management of your care, from returning phone calls to dealing with prescriptions.
- Please allow
24 hours for prescription refills.
-
I do allow e-mail communication for your convenience.
